Background
I come from Regensburg. Professionally, electrical engineering at Bachelor level and business administration at Master level form the foundation. On that I built specialist work with firearms and ammunition and licensed dealing.
I founded PAA Shooting Academy in 2015. In 2018 Shooting Club Society e.V. followed; I am its chair. In sport I have shot with BDS since 2009 and with BDMP since 2010.
With ETSS Training I developed a practice-led training concept for first aid in severe injuries. Course details are on the ETSS website.
On 22 January 2026, during the SHOT Show in Las Vegas, I was able to save a severely injured man's life after a knife attack. I gave immediate first aid and treated him together with other helpers until handover to emergency services. The press reports are collected on this website.
Internationally I represent Germany in NRA Action Pistol. The Bianchi Cup is the best-known match in that programme. I also compete in BDS and BDMP disciplines and at The Tactical Games.
